Should a SprintSetter stop taking medications while on the system?

SprintSetters should continue taking all prescribed medications. We do ask that they stop taking any supplements. All supplements needed for the duration of the system are provided in their kit.

How should the system be modified if the client is diabetic?

If a client is diabetic they may need additional calories in the morning to support sugar levels. We advise that they have 2 egg whites in the morning at 10:00 a.m. and then follow with their morning fruit at 11:00 a.m.

I am now a licensed provider, what are the next steps?

You will be receiving a welcome packet which will provide important information regarding what you can expect in the upcoming weeks. The packet will include login information/access to the SprintSet Provider portal, staff training schedules and materials. You will also be contacted by one of our SprintSet team members to help you get started.

How long is the team on-boarding process?

Two (2) one hour video conference training sessions will be scheduled. (All training and supporting documents/videos are available through the Provider Portal). There will also be weekly team support via Facebook Live.

When will I receive my SprintSet product shipment?

You will receive your initial shipment of SprintSet kits and materials within two weeks of finalizing the licensing agreement.

I’m having trouble logging into the Provider Portal.

Confirm that the log in information was entered correctly. If yes, and you’re still having trouble – please email info@sprintset.com.

What do we do if we are unable to close the SprintSet client?

Enter client information into the Portal and our SprintSet team will schedule a follow-up call. Go to Sprints tab – Enter Add Sprint – Sprint type would be Sprint Declined. Confirm that contact information is entered (name, phone number, and email address). Also include any comments you feel would help the coaches during the follow-up call.

How do I handle in-office SprintSetter questions?

Please refer to the training documentation located in your Provider Tools, if you cannot answer successfully encourage the SprintSetter to contact their assigned coach.

How do I place a replenishment order?

Your kits will be auto-replenished through the Provider Portal. Once you have sold 10 Full Sprint Kits and /or 3 Short-Sprint Kits a notification will be sent to the SprintSet team to send a replenishment order directly to your office.

How do I reorder additional Meta Oxy Kits?

Contact Systemic Formulas at 1-800-445-4647 to place your replenishment order.

Can the supplements be purchased separately?

No, SprintSet supplements are included in the system kit only and are not sold separately.

Is it ok to take a client’s Before or After picture with my cell phone?

For best resolution and consistency, you should take the before/after with a camera, place a marker on the floor where client should stand , and use a blank wall if possible.

The client should eat every couple hours to maintain blood sugar levels. The system will be customized by Dr. Roger Sahoury based on the SprintSetter’s needs.

Should the system be modified if the SprintSetter is on blood pressure medication?

SprintSetters who have high blood pressure should monitor their blood pressure daily and follow-up with their physician for any dosage modifications.

Is it possible to pause the system if a client is going to be away?

Yes, just let a SprintSet team member know the clients name and dates that they would like to be paused. They will be able to resume once they return.

What if a SprintSetter has decided not to proceed with the system once purchased?

All sales are final with no returns. Contact a SprintSet team member who will follow-up with the client and address any questions or concerns.

How do I place an order for the SprintSet B2C Banner?

Send your request to info@sprintset.com. Include your contact information, and the phone number that should be listed on the banner. Once we receive your information we will send you the creative file via email. You may then send the creative file to your printer of choice.

How often should we plan a SprintSet Workshop?

We suggest promoting and planning a workshop once a quarter.
